World Pharmacists Day 2020 app for iPhone and iPad

This year’s World Pharmacists Day theme (designated by FIP, the global body representing the pharmacy profession) is “Transforming global health”, highlighting the crucial role that pharmacists, pharmaceutical scientists and pharmacy educators play in ensuring the well-being of our communities across the globe and in the health for all agenda.
The #WPD2020 app allows you to record your own message for World Pharmacists Day bearing the official WPD logo and to share it with your friends, pharmacy colleagues and further via social media and messaging platforms. Together, let’s use World Pharmacists Day to make our societies, governments and other stakeholders aware of our profession’s expertise and the enormous contribution we are making to transforming the health of people everywhere.

How to make your video:
1. Open the app, swipe through the introduction, & click “action”.
2. Choose three stickers for your video overlay.
3. Insert information about yourself that you want displayed in your video (skip this step if you like).
4. Record your message. (You can adjust the camera angle by tapping the cross in the top left corner and the camera icon, or start recording straight away by pressing the red button.)
5. If you wish, you can use the app to edit (trim) the video to your liking.
6. Once you’re happy, click on “next”.
7. Click on the share icon to share your message on social media and messaging platforms, or click on the save icon to save it to your phone for later.
8. You can also invite a friend to make their own WPD message.

This year is our 10th World Pharmacist Day. Let’s make it the biggest ever!
